Pet Policy

The Nest accepts a maximum of two pets per apartment. Restrictions do apply - pets are limited to cats, dogs, fish in tanks below 30 gallons, and birds who are caged at all times. We also take time to ensure your roommates are fine with pets in the apartment. The Nest does not have a weight restriction placed on dogs, however we do have breed restrictions in place. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Akita, German Shepherds, Airedale Terrier and Staffordshire Bull Terriers. Pet fees apply, please inquire at the leasing office for specific details.
